If there's anything worst than a job unfinished is a job never begun. Its just like an imperfect plan implemented is better than a perfect plan never implemented.
My business partners just opened a Nutrition Bar and its is far from ready to start business. But they went ahead as scheduled and I think it's the right decision. You improvise as you get along...only don't take too long.
